LAW enforcement officers on patrol from the Yantian District Maritime Bureau spotted a white dolphin frolicking near the west port area of Yantian Port on Friday. Dolphins have extremely high requirements for the water quality in their habitat. In recent years, white dolphins have been frequently spotted in waters off Yantian Port.
