On July 4, Yantian District held a dedicated job fair to support college graduates in finding quality employment opportunities. Organized by the Yantian District Human Resources Bureau, the event brought together 46 well-known Shenzhen companies offering 610 high-quality positions. Nearly 500 graduates attended, with over 360 reaching preliminary employment agreements.
The participating companies included prominent names such as Hutchison Ports YANTIAN, Shenzhen Act Industrial Co. Ltd., and China Merchants Securities Co. Ltd. Of the 46 firms, 28 were based in Yantian, while the remaining 18 came from other districts. The opportunities spanned more than 10 industries, including modern logistics, gold and jewelry, and biotechnology, offering roles in administration, human resources, finance, sales, engineering, logistics, and quality control.
To provide additional support, the job fair featured a policy consultation area where public service representatives from district and sub-district offices distributed brochures and answered questions. Graduates were introduced to employment-related policies and received personalized guidance to assist them in transitioning smoothly into the workforce.
This initiative highlights Yantian District’s commitment to fostering high-quality employment opportunities for graduates while meeting the hiring needs of leading local and regional companies.
