It is reported that the distance between the Yantian International and the Jiangmen Inland Port Stations is 230 kilometers, and trains can run in both directions with five to seven trains per week. The Jiangmen Inland Port Station covers a total area of 117,000 square meters.There are two 800-meter cargo transfer lines; a single line can load and unload 50 cars at a time. The gantry crane operation area is 30,000 square meters, and the freight platform covers 22,500 square meters. In 2022 the capacity will be significantly increased and can provide even more local import and export enterprises with door-to-port sea-rail transport channels and facilitate the smooth and seamless logistics for enterprises along the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Economic Belt.

Since the beginning of this year, the Yantian International Container Terminals complex has accelerated the expansion of its sea-railway transportation services by opening an array of inland ports. Currently, it has opened nine inland ports and boasts 24 sea-railway transport lines.
